Use this page to reach the people who write and maintain Northstride Joint Comfort. We welcome questions about the content, corrections, and suggestions for topics we have not covered yet. Everything here is written for readers in the United Kingdom who want plain guidance on natural joint care, joint capsules and how a daily routine fits around them.

What to write to us about

Questions about an ingredient page, a correction to a product detail, a topic you would like covered, or a note about something that is out of date. If it relates to the editorial content, it is in scope. Popular requests include clearer wording around joint pain relief entries, better explanations of why some capsules are paired with a mobility routine, and follow-ups on how we describe fast joint recovery in our own texts.

Ingredient

You want a term in our ingredient pages clarified, or a dosage range explained in plain words for readers who are new to joint capsules.

Correction

A product detail on the comparison pages no longer matches the packaging or the maker's own page. Tell us the page and the wording that is wrong.

Topic

Something about natural joint care, capsules for healthy legs, or a routine you think we should look at next.

Out of date

A page names a format or supplier that has changed, or an old note still sits in a section we have since revised.

Wording

A sentence reads as a promise we did not mean to make. We would rather hear about it than leave it standing on the site.

Sources

You have a reference we should read — a study summary, a public guide, or a maker's own ingredient sheet.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give medical advice, recommend a product for your situation, or comment on whether a specific formula is right for you. Those questions belong with a pharmacist or your GP, who can look at your own history rather than a page on a website.

We also cannot help with orders. Northstride does not sell anything: the site compares and explains, and the buying happens somewhere else, with whoever you choose to buy from. If a parcel is late or a return is stuck, the shop you ordered from is the right place to ask.

What we can do is keep the reading honest. If a description on our pages sounds stronger than the evidence behind it, write in and say so — those notes get read first.

Before you write

  • Check the page you are writing about is the one you mean — several pages cover similar ground.
  • Quote the sentence that reads wrong, if you can. It saves a round of emails.
  • Tell us the device if a page is hard to read on a small screen.

How to send a message

Use the form. Include the page you are writing about if your message relates to something specific, and a short description of the issue. The clearer the note, the faster we can act on it.

A short message is fine. One paragraph with the page name and what looks wrong is enough for us to open a correction. If you are suggesting a topic instead, tell us what you hoped to find and did not.

Response times

We aim to reply within a few working days. Corrections that affect factual accuracy are prioritised. If your message needs a longer answer, we will tell you rather than leave it unanswered. Messages that arrive over a weekend or a public holiday are read on the next working day.

Send your message

We use the details you send only to reply to your message. They are not added to a mailing list and not used for anything else. The privacy policy explains this in full.

Suggest a topic

If there is something about everyday joint comfort, capsule ingredients, or daily routines you think we should cover, say so. Reader suggestions shape what we add next. Questions we get often include how to keep a routine going through a busy month, and how to compare two formulas that list the same main ingredients in different amounts.

Notes that arrive clear and specific are the ones that turn into new pages.

Want to read

A topic page we do not have yet — how to build a routine, how to read an ingredient list, what to ask a pharmacist.

Topic
Already saw

Something another reader asked about that we answered in a reply rather than on the page. Worth saying so.

Seen
Useful to know

Where you looked before writing in, and what you found missing. That tells us which page to revise first.

Note
Plain words

A request to rewrite a section in simpler language. We take those seriously and often add a short summary at the top.

Questions readers send most often

These four come up again and again. If yours is below, the answer is here and you do not need to write in at all.

Back to the basics
Can you tell me which capsule suits me?

No, and we would not try. Choosing for one person means knowing their history, other things they take, and what their day looks like. A pharmacist or your GP can weigh that. What we can do is explain what is in a formula and how the makers describe it.

Do you sell the products you compare?

Northstride does not sell anything. We read labels, compare formats and explain the wording shops use, so you can make sense of a shelf or a product page before you decide anything. Orders and delivery questions belong with whoever you buy from.

How quickly will I hear back?

Usually within a few working days. Notes about a factual error on a page move to the front of the queue because a wrong sentence does more harm than a late reply. If something needs a longer look, we say so instead of leaving you waiting.

What happens to the details I send?

They are used to reply to your message and nothing else. No mailing list, no passing them to advertisers, no second purpose. You can read the full wording on our privacy policy page.

Continue from here

While you wait for a reply, these pages cover the ground most letters ask about — how a routine holds together, how a capsule is put together, and how to compare two formulas without reading a wall of labels.

Northstride Joint Comfort is an editorial resource published in the United Kingdom. Nothing on this site is product advice for one reader, and we do not sell the capsules we write about.
